A very good PHP template for website-- Mambo

I had been always looking for a PHP template that I can use to build my website. I am not a very experienced PHP developer, but I do have much PHP knowledge. Eventually, I came across Mambo. This is from a free source CMS project. It integrated a very good administrator interface as well as there are many free templates, modules available. I used Mambo to build a Chinese website dedicated to Software testing. www.studytesting.com
