A fish worth more than 10 thousand Dollars.

The 1.8m long fish called Huangchunyu in the picture was caught in south east of China. It weighs 42 KG and worth 980,000 RMB aka 143,900 USD in the Chinese market. The fish’s swim bladder is an expensive traditional Chinese medicine. It is said that the swim bladder of the fish is more valuable than gold, 0.05 KG of the swim bladder is worth 30,000RMB (4405USD) in the market.

Ice fishing festival in Korea

Ice fishing festival takes place in January every year at the north of Seoul, Korea. It said that over one million people attended the festival this year.

A 309 Kilogram fish is ready to be cooked.

A 309 Kilogram, 2.05 meters long fish was caught in Zhuhai, South of China. The staff of a Cantonese restaurant are preparing for cooking this fish. The fish looks like tiger grouper. It was caught in the deep sea. Fishmen took 1 hour to land the fish with the help of divers. Need 7 men together to move this fish. Tiger grouper is delicious and expensive in China. People in south China look this fish as a high class food.

A wonderful place for fishing and surfing- Easky, Co. Sligo

Easky is located in Co. Sligo, Northwest of Ireland.
Easky pier is a good place for fishing. From the pier, you could catch Pollack, Coalfish, Mackerel, Wrasse, Dogfish and Conger Eel. A really advantage of fishing here is that the estuary of Easky river is just beside the pier, on the left of the castle (see the right bottom picture). This place is also a good site for surfing. Last Sunday, I went there and took these pictures; you can see big waves on the sea. I have to quit the idea of fishing when I was seeing these big waves. However, I was enjoying seeing many people are surfing on the high waves. Click the following pics to see bigger ones.

6 days ago, I decide to use the money that I earned from Mechanical Turk to buy something. Eventually, I decided to buy a DVD "Fishing with Roland Martin", since I am a fishing fan. It arrived today! The DVD cost me 13.49 dollars itself, but the delivery fee is relatively expensive 6.49 dollars since it is delivered from the States. Another reason is that I can only spend that money on Amazon USA site.The DVD is really fun. It has good video, many fish catching actions, beautiful scenery.Now, Amazon only charge for 9.99 dollars. Fishing Village -- Kilcumin Head in Co. Mayo, Ireland

A famous fishing village in Co. Mayo, Ireland. People can do rock fishing there. I took some pictures around the Kilcumin Pier. There are many fish types. Last month, I caught one big wrass and conger (let it gone). This is one of my best favorite fishing spot. The last one has the pier on the left of the houses.
