Add advertisement code into Mambo.

I tried to add Bidvertiser code into my website www.studytesting.com which is using Mambo template, but I met difficulty. Take me long time to find that I should add the code into the index file of the template of one module saying: "euroyellow_blue". It seems that this index file manages the layout and it shows what we are seeing on the website.
